Task
Philips SenseIQ is a series of products, including products for hair modelling. read more
Our task was to combine the series with accessories on a non-standard vertical surface.
The challenge that, fortunately, we managed, was a proper distribution of the products in a relatively small space of the display, as well as the design that would highlight the lightness and delicateness of the products in the SenseIQ series.
Solution
This time, thanks to the excellent collaboration with our customer, we developed realistic visualization, and used it to obtain a permission for enlarging the display space. This allowed us to display overlays properly.
The position of the products at an angle makes the perception of the communication by the customers easier, while improving the visibility of the products. The delicate, graceful materials and the synthetic form of the design allowed us to obtain a design that met all the guidelines of the customer.
This case is an excellent example of how a visual design can affect business decisions and alter them to our customers’ advantage.
About the technology
In the design, we used lightweight materials in order to lighten the hanging structure. The combination of glossy Plexiglas with golden decorative foil highlight the feminine nature of the devices on the display.

This project, which changed our perspective connected with designing, proved that with high creativity resources and excellent relations with customers even the impossible becomes possible.

Personalized solution - the non-standard vertical surface, usually an obstacle, became our inspiration, defining the final shape of the entire design

Minimalism - in order not to avoid diverting attention from the product, all unnecessary elements were removed, while the descriptive ones were placed as close to the product as possible

Analysis - an in-depth material analysis resulted in the small weight of the shelf-top display

Illumination - the lightness of the display and its refined nature were achieved by the use of backlight

Presentation - the arranged accessories zone demonstrates to the user the entire spectrum of the product’s functionallity

Adjusting - the shelf-top display has been designed to be as coherent with the brand’s idea and communication method as possible
